4. Orders & Shipping
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with complete order details.
● Shipping times vary based on your location:
○ Karachi: 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays, public holidays, and strikes)
○ Outside Karachi: 3–4 working days
○ International Shipping shipping rates are depends on your order weight and destination country.

● We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.
5. Returns & Exchanges
● Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed,
undamaged, and in original packaging.
● Sale items, gift cards, custom pieces, personal wear items, and hygiene-sensitive
products are not eligible for return.
● Customers must bear return shipping costs unless the item received is
faulty/damaged/wrong.
