All products displayed on our Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify,

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR (or your selected currency) and may include applicable taxes.
We accept secure payments via Mastercard, Visa, and bank transfer.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Shipping

You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase. Shipping within Karachi takes
24–48 hours; other Pakistani cities take 3–4 working days. International shipping is 6–7 working
days, except to Israel and Russia, which are excluded, Tracking details will be provided when
available. HijabOne is not liable for courier or customs delays.

5. Refund & Return Policy

HijabOne offers a 3-day return/exchange policy on unused, unwashed items in original
packaging with proof of purchase. Returns are not accepted for sale items, gift cards,
custom/personalized products, or hygiene-sensitive items. Partial refunds may be issued for
items not in original condition or returned late. Refunds are processed after inspection to your
original payment method; processing times may vary, Return shipping is paid by the customer
unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect personal data only to process orders, improve service, and communicate updates.
Data may be shared with payment gateways and delivery partners for order fulfillment. Cookies
are used for site enhancement and can be managed in your browser. You are responsible for

7. Promotions & Discounts

● Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added afterward.
